The Ultra 6/55 lotto jackpot prizes can be claimed at the main PCSO lotto head office located at Sun Plaza Building, 1507 Princeton Street corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City 1552.

The jackpot prize above 10,000 is taxable by 20% pursuant to train law.
