Hey guys, without a doubt it is that time of the year that festivities come in one after another. Peeps are expected to be in an ever shiny mood and very, very high spirits — in more ways than one haha 🙂 It’s also a time when depression is a battle to grapple with for some folks. Let’s just be a bit aware of how people are at the reunion or the handaan. If they look like they’re struggling to be happy, hey, just ask them how they are. Yep, be ready to give some time to listen. Wouldn’t it be a great way to greet the new year if we’re able to also pull someone out of their blue funk, eh? Cheers!
